Most studios hand you a logo and leave. We build the identity, run the marketing that puts it in front of people, and build the systems it sells through, then hand it all over documented so you own it.
Identity from the mark outward: logo suites, palette, type, packaging and print. Decks, flyers and product graphics that hold together because they came from one system, not five freelancers.
Content and paid social built as a launch, not a boosted post: creative, audiences, the calendar behind it, and the captions, hashtags and search copy written to be found. Plus the email flows that catch what the ads bring in.
Landing pages, storefronts and online ordering: fast, self-contained, and yours to keep. Where it saves you hours, we wire AI into the admin — bookings, replies, content batching and the reporting nobody wants to do — and train you to run it.
Half a day, in your business. We pick the three jobs AI should be doing for you, set them up together, and leave you with a written how-to.

Originals
Every mark on this page was drawn in-house. The same hand that builds client identities keeps a catalogue of original characters, prints and typography, licensed for print-on-demand across tees, stickers, prints and homewares under the Mr & Mrs Cross label. It is also the honest answer to "can you actually draw?"

About
Virtual Sanity Studio is run by Samantha Cross, working with small businesses and independent brands across Australia. The studio runs deliberately small: you deal with the person doing the work, and nothing gets handed down a chain until the idea has gone flat.
Samantha comes from sales and marketing in property, where she still holds real estate licences in New South Wales and Queensland, and has spent the last few years building brands and systems of her own: a fitness business, a podcast, a digital product line and a clothing label. Every service on this page is something the studio has done for itself first.
The method is unglamorous. Understand the business before touching the design. Build one system rather than a pile of assets. Use AI where it removes the tedious part, never where it removes the judgement. Then hand it over documented, so you are not renting your own brand back from an agency.
